Le 16 mai 2023, l'Assemblée nationale a rejeté une modification proposée par M. Gillet à une loi sur la prévention des incendies. Cette modification n'a obtenu que 34 votes favorables contre 97 contraires, elle a donc été écartée.
Points clés :
• Il s'agissait d'un amendement (une modification) à une proposition de loi destinée à mieux prévenir et combattre les feux de forêt
• Seuls 34 députés ont soutenu cette modification proposée par M. Gillet, tandis que 97 s'y sont opposés
• La modification a été rejetée : elle ne sera pas intégrée à la loi en cours de discussion
• 5 députés se sont abstenus (n'ont ni voté pour ni contre)
