Les députés ont rejeté une proposition de modification (amendement) du député Houssin concernant un projet de loi destiné à renforcer les pouvoirs de la douane face aux nouvelles menaces. Le vote s'est déroulé le 19 juin 2023.
Points clés :
• Il s'agissait d'une proposition de changement au projet de loi sur les moyens de la douane, pas du texte complet
• La proposition a été largement rejetée : 70 votes contre, seulement 25 pour, 2 abstentions
• Cette modification n'a pas obtenu le soutien de la majorité des députés présents (70% d'opposition)
• Le projet de loi principal pouvait continuer son examen sans cette modification proposée par M. Houssin
