Le 29 septembre 2023, l'Assemblée nationale a rejeté un amendement (modification) proposé par Mme Amrani concernant la loi sur l'emploi. Seuls 10 députés ont voté pour, contre 47 votes contre.
Points clés :
• Il s'agissait d'un amendement à l'article 4 du projet de loi pour le plein emploi, c'est-à-dire une proposition de modification d'une partie précise du texte de loi
• Le vote était très largement défavorable : 47 députés contre l'amendement pour seulement 10 en faveur
• Aucun député n'a choisi de s'abstenir : tous les votants ont pris position clairement
• L'amendement a été rejeté, donc il n'a pas été intégré à la loi en première lecture à l'Assemblée nationale
