Le 5 octobre 2023, les députés ont rejeté un amendement proposé par Mme Amiot concernant la régulation d'Internet en France. Cet amendement n'a pas obtenu suffisamment de soutiens pour être adopté.
Points clés :
• L'amendement portait sur l'article 4 du projet de loi pour sécuriser et mieux contrôler Internet (texte en première lecture)
• Vote serré : 29 députés pour, 50 contre, aucune abstention parmi les 79 présents
• L'amendement a été rejeté car il n'a pas obtenu la majorité requise (il en aurait fallu au moins 40 pour passer)
• Cet amendement était soutenu par au moins 2 députés (Mme Amiot et un collègue ayant présenté un amendement identique)
