L'Assemblée nationale a approuvé une nouvelle loi pour créer le délit d'homicide routier et renforcer les punitions contre les comportements dangereux au volant. Le texte a été largement adopté avec 160 votes pour et aucun contre.
Points clés :
• Création d'une infraction nouvelle : l'homicide routier, qui punira plus sévèrement les décès causés volontairement ou par grave imprudence au volant
• Objectif : lutter contre la violence routière en dissuadant les comportements dangereux (excès de vitesse, alcool, téléphone au volant, etc.)
• Large consensus parlementaire : 160 députés ont voté pour, aucun contre, seuls 24 se sont abstenus
• Première étape du processus législatif : le texte devra passer par d'autres lectures à l'Assemblée avant d'être définitivement adopté
