L'Assemblée nationale a approuvé une nouvelle loi qui renforce les punitions contre les crimes et délits motivés par le racisme, l'antisémitisme ou la discrimination. Le texte a été adopté avec une majorité claire.
Points clés :
• Objectif : augmenter les peines pénales pour les actes racistes, antisémites ou discriminatoires (insultes, violences, etc.)
• Résultat : 107 députés ont voté pour, 0 contre, 41 se sont abstenus
• C'est une première lecture : le texte sera examiné à nouveau par le Sénat avant de devenir définitif
• Consensus large : aucun vote contre, montrant un accord partisan sur la nécessité de renforcer la protection contre ces infractions
