Les députés ont rejeté un amendement proposé par M. Guedj concernant le budget de la Sécurité sociale pour 2023. Cet amendement n'a pas obtenu assez de soutien pour être intégré au texte de loi.
Points clés :
• Il s'agissait d'une modification (amendement) au projet de loi rectificative de la Sécurité sociale pour 2023, destinée à ajuster le budget en cours d'année
• Le vote s'est déroulé à l'Assemblée nationale le 7 février 2023 : 149 députés pour, 201 contre, 4 abstentions
• L'amendement a été rejeté car il n'a pas obtenu la majorité des votes (il aurait fallu au moins 178 votes pour l'approuver)
• Cette proposition ne sera donc pas intégrée au texte final de la loi de financement rectificative
