L'Assemblée nationale a approuvé une nouvelle loi pour combattre les fraudes aux aides publiques (allocations, subventions, etc.). Le texte a été largement soutenu avec 131 votes pour et aucun vote contre.
Points clés :
• Objet : renforcer les contrôles et les sanctions contre ceux qui touchent indûment des aides de l'État (chômage, logement, handicap, etc.)
• Résultat : le texte est adopté avec un large consensus (131 pour, 0 contre)
• 18 parlementaires se sont abstenus, sans s'opposer formellement au texte
• C'est la première lecture : le texte doit encore passer au Sénat avant de devenir une loi définitive
