Les parlementaires ont rejeté un amendement visant à autoriser le droit à l'aide à mourir en France.
Points clés :
• L'amendement n° 688 de Mme Blin et l'amendement identique suivant proposaient d'inclure le droit à l'aide à mourir dans une loi.
• Le vote a eu lieu à l'Assemblée nationale, chambre basse du Parlement français.
• L'amendement a été rejeté, avec 97 votes contre, 54 votes pour et 6 abstentions.
• Le droit à l'aide à mourir reste donc actuellement non autorisé en France.
