Les députés ont rejeté un amendement visant à créer un nouveau statut pour les élus locaux.

• Les parlementaires ont voté sur un amendement (proposition de modification) déposé à l'Assemblée nationale dans le cadre de l'examen d'un projet de loi sur le statut des élus locaux.
• L'amendement n° 782 de M. Peytavine proposait d'ajouter de nouvelles dispositions au projet de loi.
• Cet amendement a été rejeté par 73 voix contre, 40 voix pour et 5 abstentions.
• Le rejet de cet amendement signifie que les nouvelles mesures qu'il contenait ne seront pas incluses dans la loi finale.
