• Le sous-amendement a été rejeté par 93 voix contre 38, avec 5 abstentions.
• Le projet de loi de finances est un texte de loi qui définit le budget de l'État pour l'année à venir.
• L'article 3 bis du projet de loi était initialement modifié par l'amendement n°932 de M. Philippe Brun.
