Le Gouvernement a proposé une modification (amendement) au projet de budget de l'État pour 2025. L'Assemblée nationale a rejeté cette proposition le 8 novembre 2024.
Points clés :
• Il s'agissait d'un amendement gouvernemental portant sur l'article 41 du projet de loi de finances (le budget de l'État pour l'année 2025)
• Le vote a été rejeté : 81 parlementaires se sont opposés contre 61 en faveur, avec 13 abstentions
• Le Gouvernement n'avait pas la majorité nécessaire pour faire adopter sa modification : il lui fallait au moins 78 votes favorables sur les 155 présents
• Cet échec reflète les difficultés du Gouvernement à faire passer ses mesures budgétaires face à une Assemblée nationale fragmentée
