Les députés ont rejeté un amendement proposé par Mme Voynet concernant le projet de loi d'urgence pour Mayotte. Cet amendement, qui devait s'ajouter après l'article 21 du texte, n'a pas obtenu la majorité nécessaire pour être adopté.
Points clés :
• 85 députés ont voté pour l'amendement, 140 contre, et 2 se sont abstenus
• L'amendement proposait d'ajouter des dispositions au projet de loi d'urgence destiné à Mayotte (collectivité française en difficulté)
• Le rejet signifie que le texte du projet de loi poursuit sans cette modification supplémentaire
• Le vote montre une majorité parlementaire opposée à cette proposition, sans consensus suffisant pour l'intégrer au texte législatif
