Les députés ont rejeté un sous-amendement visant à rétablir un article supprimé du projet de loi de financement de la sécurité sociale pour 2026.
Points clés :
• Le sous-amendement n°1114 proposait de rétablir l'article 6 bis qui avait été supprimé du projet de loi de financement de la sécurité sociale pour 2026.
• Le gouvernement avait précédemment déposé l'amendement n°1104 pour rétablir cet article.
• Le sous-amendement n°1114 a été rejeté par 217 voix contre 77, avec 52 abstentions.
• Le projet de loi de financement de la sécurité sociale pour 2026 sera donc adopté sans l'article 6 bis initialement supprimé.
