Les députés ont voté pour le rétablissement d'un article (26 ter) dans le projet de loi de financement de la sécurité sociale pour 2026, avec une large majorité en faveur.
Points clés :
• L'Assemblée nationale a examiné deux amendements identiques visant à rétablir l'article 26 ter qui avait été supprimé du projet de loi de financement de la sécurité sociale pour 2026.
• Les amendements ont été adoptés avec 221 voix pour, 22 contre et 6 abstentions sur 249 votants.
• L'article 26 ter concerne un sujet lié au financement de la sécurité sociale, qui avait été retiré du projet de loi initial mais que les députés ont choisi de réintégrer.
• Le vote s'est déroulé lors de la nouvelle lecture du projet de loi à l'Assemblée nationale.
