Les députés ont rejeté un amendement proposé par Mme Legrain qui visait à modifier la loi sur la définition pénale du viol et des agressions sexuelles. Cet amendement n'a pas obtenu suffisamment de soutien pour être adopté.

• Le vote porte sur une modification de la loi concernant comment la justice définit et poursuit les crimes de viol et d'agression sexuelle
• Résultat: 146 députés contre, 50 pour, 12 abstentions - l'amendement est rejeté
• Seul un quart des députés présents (50 sur 208) a soutenu la proposition de Mme Legrain
• C'est une première lecture: le texte principal de la loi continue d'être examiné, d'autres amendements peuvent être proposés
