Les députés ont voté pour l'adoption d'un amendement autorisant l'aide médicale à mourir dans certains cas.
Points clés :
• L'amendement n° 556 de Mme Vidal visait à modifier l'article 9 d'une proposition de loi sur le droit à l'aide à mourir.
• L'amendement a été adopté par 89 voix pour, 45 voix contre et 9 abstentions.
• Cet amendement permettrait d'encadrer l'aide médicale à mourir dans des situations de fin de vie difficiles.
• Le texte de loi dans son ensemble devra encore être voté par l'Assemblée nationale.
