Le 14 février 2023, l'Assemblée nationale a rejeté un article du projet de loi destiné à ajuster le budget de la sécurité sociale (santé, retraites, allocations) pour 2023. Cet article n'a pas réuni suffisamment de voix pour être adopté.
Points clés :
• 203 députés ont voté pour, 256 contre : le texte a été rejeté faute de majorité suffisante
• Il s'agissait d'un budget rectificatif, c'est-à-dire des ajustements financiers en cours d'année pour la sécurité sociale
• 8 députés se sont abstenus (n'ont pas voté pour ou contre)
• C'était un vote en première lecture, phase initiale d'examen du projet de loi à l'Assemblée nationale
